In this video, Dr. K K Aggarwal, Padma Shri Awardee, Editor-in-chief IJCP Publications, will talk on whether Bhagvat Gita can be used as a counselling procedure. He says that it can be used for counselling as it is filled with complete counselling session also known as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). In mental conditions, there are multiple sessions of CBT done. Dr. Aggarwal also relates the listening skills of the doctor to the Bhagvat Gita. He will further describe how each chapter is related to the metal conditions of the patient and how to manage it accordingly.
