Gestational Trophoblastic Disease: Current Evaluation and Management

• The Majority of the women suffering from any form of gestational trophoblastic disease can be successfully diagnosed and treated with preservation of their reproductive function. 
• Managing molar pregnancies properly is crucial in diminishing the acute complications and identifying postmolar gestational trophoblastic neoplasia quickly. 
• Individualizing treatment for women suffering from any form of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia is crucial. This individualization must be based on known risk factors, usage of less-toxic therapy for patients with low-risk diseases and aggressive multiagent therapy for those with high-risk diseases. 
• Only the centers or consultants having experience in the complex multimodality treatment must manage Patients with high-risk gestational trophoblastic neoplasia.
