In this video, Dr. Pawanindra Lal, Director, Professor of Surgery, Maulana Azad Medical College, will talk on how skill labs facilitate procedure skills. He explains that these procedural skills are demonstrated on tissues which can be artificial tissues which is made from synthetic or animal material etc. Also on mannequin, resuscitation can performed. He also explained the various clinical situations can be mimicked on the particular mannequin. He further talks about virtual reality stimulators which have computer based programs with procedures recorded in them. Step by step the operative procedure is performed and explained.
