How do you evaluate a skill lab training with real clinic setting?

In this video, Dr. Pawanindra Lal, Director, Professor of Surgery, Maulana Azad Medical College, will talk on evaluation of skill lab training with real clinic setting. This evaluation is done in various forms, various kinds of tests are done. Pre and post tests before and after the skills are done to detect the improvement of the task by the candidate. He also explains the different gadgets such as virtual stimulators which gives a feedback on a computerized screen based on the movements the trainee does. Minute improvements are also recorded by these devices.
