In this video, Dr. Satyanarayan Yadav, Senior Naturopath and Yoga Expert, New Delhi, will discuss about the storage of leftovers. Fresh foods are given by nature and have many benefits. Many food items has to be cooked, in this process many of the nutrients are lost. Cooked food can be stored or is edible for 6 hours and after that it should not be consumed as bacteria starts growing in them. Stale food is food which is cooked 6 hours before.
Dr. Yadav, born in Medanipur village of Ghazipur district near Varanasi, U.P. (India) situated on the bank of Holy River Ganga has been extremely fortunate since childhood to receive guidance and training from Yogis and Rishis whereby true Yogic Gyan embedded into his blood. During year 1980, Dr. Yadav further sharpened his Yogic Gyan under the personal supervision of World Renowned Yogi Late swami Dhirendra Brahmchari - Founder of Vishwayatan Yogashram and Aparna Ashrams in Jammu. In 1982, Dr.Yadav joined Vishwayatan Yogashram (now known as Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga) as Yoga Expert and taught Theory and Practice of Yoga to students of Diploma courses run by this Institute. His teachings in Hath Yoga included different aspects of Yoga besides Pranayamas, Asnas, Meditation and Relaxation Techniques.
