How should we prevent cancer?

Prevention of cancer is very important as he will talk about primary prevention. Avoid tobacco in any form. Early detection of breast and cervical cancer is the secondary prevention. If anyone has a family history, then investigations like mammogram or ultrasound can be done regularly.
