In pregnancy, can we give Viagra?

Viagra should not be given during pregnancy. The drug is generally prescribed for erectile dysfunction and to increase the blood flow in the pulmonary artery circulation in patient with pulmonary hypertension. Many people have their sayings that it will increase the placental flow and prevent IUGR. A trial in Holland has reported that it was not useful and more neonatal deaths were occurring.
