Is the Patient-Doctor Relationship a Contract of Service?

In this video, Dr. K K Aggarwal, Padma Shri Awardee, Editor-in-chief IJCP Publications, will discuss about patient-doctor relationship as a contract of service. He state that it is a contract of service. Whatever is agreed upon will be a legal liability on both doctor and a patient. Any breach of duty resulting into a damage will be liable for compensation.
