It is very important to understand the thought process. Thoughts arises from nothing which is a space where thoughts comes as a wave and these thoughts are analysed in the mind by the intellect. Dr. Aggarwal further discusses that the thoughts are re-analysed by ego and personalised based on past or new experiences. After the thoughts are personalised, the brain sends signals for hands and legs to take action. He will explain the cycle of action-memory-desires and when desires are not fulfilled, it leads to anger. He will also explain different types of anger and their end results.
