Is there any guideline recommend normal SGOT and SGPT levels?

In this video, Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India and Group Editor in Chief MEDtalks, will talk about any guideline recommended for normal SGOT and SGPT levels. He says that it is a very controversial issue as many laboratories state that up to 40 is normal. Any increase in SGOT and SGPT levels needs to be evaluated. He will discuss the normal values of both the levels. The normal SGPT levels are 29 in males and 22 in females and average level is 25.
