In this video, Dr. Sunil Gupta, Additional Director, NCDC, in this video, will talk about the common gram-negative organisms showing antimicrobial resistance. He will tell us that the list of gram-negative organisms which are resistant is more than gram positive organisms. These organisms include E.coli, one of the commonest cause of urinary tract infection. Also, klebsiella, pseudomonas, actinobacteria, salmonella typhi, salmonella non typhi, etc. are showing lot of antimicrobial resistance.
