The most common symptom is lump in the breast which is generally painless. He further says that mostly painful lump is not cancerous. Any lump which is painless should be consulted with a doctor. Nipple retraction, bleeding from the nipple, etc. are the other symptoms. He will also talk about metastatic symptoms.
