Whenever the doctor comes across any adverse reaction to a vaccine, drug, device, blood product or any herbal compound, it should be reported. Dr. Aggarwal further informs that it is important to know whether these drugs are safe or not. It is mandatory for a surveillance program of the drug. If the doctor suspects any side effect of the drug, then he should call this number.
