What is impaired fasting blood sugar?
In this video, Dr. Suman Kirti, Endocrinologist, Holy Family Hospital, New Delhi will explain what is impaired fasting blood sugar, If the fasting blood glucose tested is 100 mg/dl or less than 100, which is considered normal and diabetes which is diagnosed at 126 mg/dl or more, then the value between 100 to 125 mg/dl is considered as impaired fasting blood sugar.
