What is mindfulness eating?

In this video, Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India and Group Editor in Chief MEDtalks, will talk about mindfulness eating. Mindfulness means living in the present and mindfulness eating means conscious eating. In this, one is only concentrating on eating with all the five senses. You should not be distracted with external factors such as TV, Facebook or whatsapp. You should see the food and the colour, smell the food and then touch the food. When you start eating feel the sound of teeth grinding the food and then enjoy the taste of the food. Each food bites is to be chewed 15-20 times.
