What is mosquito sutra?

Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India and Group Editor in Chief MEDtalks, will talk about mosquito sutra in this video. He will talk about vector borne diseases like malaria, dengue, chikungunya, Zika virus, etc. He says that there are mosquitoes which grow during daytime, evening and night time. The mosquito sutra is that one should kill them inside the house as well outside the house, wherever possible because they spread everywhere.
