What is the Difference between ESR & CRP?

Dr. Ved Chaturvedi, Rheumatologist, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi, will talk about the difference between ESR & CRP in this video. Both ESR and CRP are markers for inflammation. The difference is the testing of CRP is costly whereas ESR is cheap. ESR takes a longer time for increase after the onset of inflammation whereas CRP increases immediately. He will further explain the other differences as well.
