He explains that after working on the computer for 20 minutes, turn your head and look at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Also blink your eyes twice. In the next 20 minutes of time, get up and walk for 20 steps or look at a distance and exercise while stretching the back. This is the formula of 20 explained by Dr. Aggarwal to avoid fatigue of the eyes and body.
