What is the role of testicular biopsy and male infertility?

Testicular biopsy or aspiration is usually offered to men who have obstructive azoospermia. In azoospermia and obstruction, sperms are retrieved either by aspiration or detailed biopsy. These sperms are later used for IVF with Intracytoplasmic sperm injection.
