Varicocele, if palpable clinically and associated with oligospermia and infertility is significant. In such conditions, varicocele surgery must be offered which can improve pregnancy outcome. She futher tells that if varicocele is diagnosed on ultrasound with no sperm problem then there is no need of the varicocele surgery.
