The video talks about training methodology adopted in a skill lab by Dr. Pawanindra Lal, Director, Professor of Surgery, Maulana Azad Medical College. Training methodology is mentor-based. The teacher demonstrates the skills either in a laboratory or in the lecture hall. The procedure steps are taught in a right way and then in small groups the teacher allows them to perform on the stations. He states that all are hands on skills which are taught and observed by the mentor faculty. It is a labor intensive job for the mentor which requires dedication in a stimulated environment.
