What should be fed to the child starting from birth to the later stage?

In this video, Dr. A. P Dubey, HOD Pediatrics, Maulana Azad Medical College, will discuss about feeding a child from birth to the later stage. Breastfeeding should be started as soon as possible after birth. Each mother should feed the baby well. A baby should be fed at least eight times in 24 hours and check if the baby is passing enough urine. He will further talk about baby’s stools. Baby does not require water in first 6 months of life if the baby is exclusively on breastfeeding. He will talk on complementary feeding which should be after six months of age. Semi-solids should be introduced slowly. A one year old baby can eat all adult food.
