Whats the significance of interatrial septal aneurysm?

In interatrial septal aneurysm, the echocardiography will show a septal bulge either towards the right atrium or left atrium or it might be seen in both the sides. The interatrial septal aneurysm is significant only in young stroke. In these patients of interatrial septal aneurysm, put them on anti-platelet therapy and keep them in observation.
