Who can take the consent?

In this video, Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India and Group Editor in Chief MEDtalks, will discuss about consent and who can take it. The consent taken cannot be delegated to the other staff, physicians or any other junior doctors. It has to be taken by the treating or operating doctor as he is authorized for it. He will talk about a case which was in favor of the patient.
