Why is Shiva called neelkanth?

In this video, Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India and Group Editor in Chief MEDtalks, will talk on the topic of Shiva also known as Neelkanth. According to the Advait philosophy and scientific explanation, no-fulfillment of desires lead to anger. Anger can be in or out. It can be suppressed which can lead to acidity, asthma, heart problems, depression, etc. Anger can be expressed or thrown out and can lead to aggressive behavior, suicide, homicide, destruction. According to Shiva, don’t throw anger in or out but hold it temporarily in the throat.
