Would a patient with normal CRP have high ESR?

He confirms that high ESR can be present with normal CRP levels. Generally, in inflammatory process both the values are increased. In monoclonal immunoglobulin, there is increase in ESR level but CRP levels are normal. A positive CRP indicates a secondary infection.
