Would a patient with normal CRP have high ESR?

The video will discuss about a patient with normal CRP having high ESR by Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India and Group Editor in Chief MEDtalks. He confirms that high ESR can be present with normal CRP levels. Generally, in inflammatory process both the values are increased. In monoclonal immunoglobulin, there is increase in ESR level but CRP levels are normal. A positive CRP indicates a secondary infection.
